Kunming Duocai Huachang Racking Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is founded in March, in Puning Industrial Park, Kunming. One line, a handful of standard frames, and a local customer base.

Kunming Yunliguan Intelligent Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is established to take on intelligent storage and automated equipment projects. Design and fabrication move under one management team.

The entire operation relocates to the Songming Yanglin Economic Development Zone: 30 mu of land, 20,000 m² of workshop, automated lines, and a showroom large enough to build a full racking run indoors.

Racking, mezzanine, retail shelving and custom steelwork, engineered and manufactured in the same facility — shipped to warehouses, supermarkets and projects across China and Southeast Asia.

Static load testing on new sections, with deflection measured against the rated capacity. Report issued per project.

Film thickness measured per batch; adhesion and salt-spray testing available on request for coastal and outdoor applications.

Hole pitch, upright straightness and frame squareness checked with gauges before packing.

Visual inspection of every weld; destructive section checks on sample production runs.

Quality control here is a set of numbers on a sheet, not a slogan on a wall. Three checks happen on every order — incoming material, in-process, and pre-shipment — and the records travel with the shipment.
